Some services may see a period of downtime while the servers reboot. Customer hosted websites will be unaffected.

Our hosting partner's networking team will be performing routine maintenance this evening. While this is completed, customers will experience connectivity issues for 10-15 seconds. The impact will likely go unnoticed by most customers.

We are applying some back end updates to our website which may see some downtime.

Our client area and hosted clients will be unaffected.

During this maintenance, the core network switches in our London data centre will be upgraded. Each switch will be shutdown, upgraded, and brought back online in turn.

During this process there may be brief interruption to traffic of up to a few seconds while routes reconverge.

We will be rebooting our main web server and email server for essential updates. This is taking place out of hours and will not affect customers hosted websites.

Our website and client area will be offline temporarily during the reboot.
