Maintenance

We will be rebooting our main web server and email server for essential updates. This is taking place out of hours and will not affect customers hosted websites.

Our website and client area will be offline temporarily during the reboot.

The currently running kernel version is not the expected kernel version.

Therefore, we will carry out an early morning server reboot.

On Sunday, November 24th, at 9 AM, our London Data Centre provider will perform essential maintenance to one of the power feeds to our data hall. This will only impact one of the two power feeds in our data hall. However, as all our equipment is configured with redundant power (multiple power supplies in each server and switch), no impact is expected other than to consider our services at risk for the duration of the maintenance window.
